I have shopped at Martin's for YEARS, and while I have almost always been pleased with the experience, today was exceptional. Even being senior day, it was extra crowded/busy, so I used a self checkout lane....Jai was so helpful and very kind when he had to come over, not once but THREE times, all with a smile and kind words. Thank you for hiring wonderful employees like Joe, Jai and the rest of the crew!!
Like this grocery store lots. We used to go to the Kroger's when at Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana and loved it...now that we moved up to the South Bend area we go to the Martin's Superstores that are a thing up here. Very nice and every bit as good as the top Kroger's. This Martin's has just about everything you'll need. From fresh fruit and vegetables early on in the store route to a nice meat and deli selection later on. They even had a donut section on the walk thru so you can feed every need. The aisles - there seems to be fifty of them - are nicely laid out and contain just about everything. Lots of check out counters and the people working here seem to like their jobs. Nice place and nice visit...we will be back.
Great store!!! Service is the best in town!!! Their meat is the best in all grocery stores in michiana. Always plenty of lines open and their deli is great!! I love that I can pre order wings and have then ready when I want them. Salad bar top notch. All in house made product is always fresh and top quality. I don't mind paying a little extra for quality and service.
